DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedures

1. Overview
AssPopper respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement notices and counter-notices.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information in writing to our designated copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
5. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide information about the DMCA process
- Maintain records of all notices and counter-notices
6. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material. We consider a repeat infringer to be any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing material removed from the service more than twice.
7. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Before submitting a notice, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or have the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
